Forest City Blog

       I am here to announce that Forest City Volume 1's first page is coming out very soon. I have the first page done and would like to make some more. *evil laughter*     But anyway, I'm hoping to get some pages done during the last semester of high school, but last semester I barely got even the first page done. I'm really worried that I won't have enough time to get pages done, but we will have to see.     Thanks for reading!     -City Council

     As I sat in the office, I didn’t feel as worried, mostly because I knew why I was called down to Mrs. Chordata’s office. My friends on the other hand only seemed to suspect the worst. It seems like forever ago I was spinning around in those office chairs waiting to hear the news if Connall would get fired or if I would have gotten expelled.      Chordata entered her office and sat down handing me a blue piece of paper. She smiled and began, “I am excited that you are interested in creating a club and a GSA, which is even better.” She began typing something into her computer and continued, “All I need is for you to fill out the contents of that piece of paper and bring it back to me, preferably before you graduate.” She laughed and sipped some coffee in one of the school-themed mugs.      “I think I can fill this out before the school day ends,” I replied.      “Well then you can bring that back to me by 3,” she continued. ...

    As Cobalt and I made our way to the office, a crowd of students gathered around the office. I had to stand on my tip toes to see what they were clamoring about the office for, a large piece of paper and a small piece of paper. Several students were pointing, several of them were scoffing.     “Oh yeah,” Cobalt simply began, “the director only told Midge and I that we were the leads and wanted the rest to be a surprise.”     Monty cut between Cobalt and I, he butted in, “I’m in charge of the lights this year!”     “That’s awesome!,” I practically yelled.     The crowd finally settled down enough so that we could see Midge and Bonnie standing next to the comically large cast paper and the comically small crew paper.     After many long months of attempting to write, I have finally finished Book 5. The last two chapters will post tomorrow and Monday. I also am excited to announce that I will be watching, reviewing, and ranking all of the Pixar movies over on my other blog. Link here . Implied Swear :) Also ignore the small picture of Cas, I'm experimenting... When you forgot to hit publish on the last Character File...what who said that?      It really is strange to me how Caspian is a character that has been here since day 1 of Forest City. For context, I am a big fan of deer and in that first drawing of all of the Forest City characters, there was a deer. I probably should dedicate a character file just for that original line up. The original line up is the most important piece of art in Forest City. Obviously things have changed, probably for the better. I feel that more people tend to actually take their drawings of OCs and turn them into digital art almost instantly. I didn't of course, but I'm curious to know what Forest City would be like if I had turned that original line up into digital designs. I would have more content of course, but I'm curious to know if Caspian would have been any different. I always felt bad for Cas, he went through ...
