Forest City 2 Chapter 6 -Missing Assignments-

    -Trigger Warning: Discrimination-

To summarize: Mr. Lupin won't let Mac have their papers back and Mr. Lupin is intentionally failing them. Mac sees their papers in the garbage, but Lupin won't let them get the papers out of the garbage.

I still haven't gotten to hear the ending of Monty's story, it's been two days. I sat down in my English class waiting for my story to come back from Mr. Lupin. He begrudgingly set some pieces of paper down on my desk.

Midge peered over my shoulder to see what grade I got and she asked, "Sooo, Mac, what grade did you get on the stories?"

I glanced down, I thought I did good on my stories, but... I guess not. An F sat on almost all of the papers, the only one that didn't have an F was the first story which had not been returned to me at all, I hadn't seen it anywhere in the stack of papers, so I raised my hand. Mr. Lupin glanced at me with his grey blue eyes, he looked away almost knowing what I was going to ask. Why would he do such a thing? I turned in my paper, I turned all of them in on time. Everyone else got their first story back, where was mine?

Mr. Lupin made his way back to his desk and sat down and began to type on his computer. I raised my hand again trying to get his attention, he glanced up, then back down again, ignoring me and my question! That's when Midge raised her hand, Mr. Lupin took her question, but not mine!

I was fuming with anger at this point, I stomped my way toward Mr. Lupin and I demanded, "Where is my first story!?"

"You didn't turn it in Macadamia, I can't grade a paper if I don't have it," Mr. Lupin lied.

I glanced at the trash can near his desk, there sat a paper with an A minus on it. I requested, "Can I look at that paper in your trash can?"

"No, it isn't yours," Lupin protested.

"Then why do all of my papers have F's on them then?" I asked, I could tell that the paper in the trash can was my handwriting from a distance, I even saw a few drawings that I did at the top of the paper of my chicken and fox character.

"You didn't meet the requirements," Lupin argued.

"I practically studied that rubric, how did everyone else get B's and A's, but not me!" I started to yell at this point, it wasn't fair that this man had given me all bad grades and threw my paper in the trash.

"I'm also still missing your 4th, 5th, and 7th story as well, get them back to me or you'll have to retake this class next semester!" Lupin threatened.

    "If you just let me-"

"No! Go sit down Mac or go to the counseling office!"

I couldn't believe that he wouldn't let me get my papers out of the trash can, they clearly were my papers. I'll have to rewrite them all if I want to finish this class, but even then, Mr. Lupin's just going to give me more F's. I set my head in my arms on the table for the last five minutes of class, I shouldn't be seen by anyone, not even Cobalt.
